Bel Air‘s 543 acre community is divided into two sectors, residential and resort lodging. The 119 acre resort is home to our Miniloft Village and Bel Air’s 9,000 square foot Clubhouse. The residential section offers 137 home lots ranging in size from ¾ of an acre to 5 acres.

The project is being completed in phases and in accordance to the advancement of the roads. When a specific phase is sold out road construction will commence in the next section and the lots in that phase will then be marketed to potential buyers.
